Our end-to-end management service is $2,500 USD per month, with a 3-month initial commitment. If you're running a multi-program ecosystem, it’s just $1,500 for each additional program.

Then you’re in great company — that’s how most clients come to us. We bring our operational system to you, “installing” our proven delivery infrastructure and adapting as needed for your particular program.
Our system covers all the fundamental rhythms your program needs for clear and calm scheduling, communication, replays, and guest speakers. No need to worry about organization or lack thereof — you’re about to step into a structure that's been refined across dozens of programs.

Month 1 is for discovery and install — we get up to speed with everything happening in your program and begin putting our operational system in place. As of Month 2, we take over full management.
We’re currently accepting new clients. Contracts signed by the 15th of the month qualify for a same-month start.

We work with all the major ecourse platforms: Kajabi, Circle, Thinkific, Heartbeat, Skool, Thrivecart Learn, Squarespace Memberships, Podia, and Teachable.
If your platform isn't listed, we're likely still able to support you – many of our processes work across any system and tech stack. Based on your application, we'll confirm compatibility and discuss any platform-specific considerations.

Absolutely. We integrate seamlessly with your existing operations. We typically become the dedicated point of contact for all course logistics, and many clients find that bringing us on allows their existing team members to focus on higher-level strategy, content creation, and student engagement. We coordinate directly with your financial team for affiliate payouts, your content team for asset delivery, and anyone else involved in your program ecosystem.

Fill out the application to tell us about your business and program. If our service is a good fit, we’ll reach out within a week to set up a sales call and answer any final questions.
From there, we’ll sign the service contract and set up billing, with your first payment due upon signing. Following payments are always due on the first of the month.
Onboarding starts right away. Discovery + install will start same-month for contracts signed by the 15th, or the following month when signed after the 15th.
