Our standard treatment includes basic editing (removing dead air from the beginning and end), conversion to video/audio files, AI-generated captions, and branded PDF chat file creation.
Additional events are $150 each and include the same white-glove support as your core package: scheduling, guest coordination, platform setup, replay processing, and communications. We've designed the 8-event baseline to cover the vast majority of our clients' needs, but we regularly support programs with 12-15 events per month. There's no cap – we scale to meet your program's requirements.
